Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – 22 May 2025: The National Human Rights Institution (NHRI) has launched the “Legislation Lab”, an initiative focused on Federal Law No. 10 of 2023 on Mental Health. The event brought together a distinguished panel of experts and practitioners to discuss the law’s implementation and its human rights implications.

Objectives of the Legislation Lab
The initiative aims to:
