More than 30,000 sacrificial animals have arrived from different cities across the country to Karachi’s largest cattle market of 2024, located on the Northern Bypass.

The arrival of animals from Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan for Eid sacrifice continues. Along with cows and bulls, a large number of goats have also reached the cattle market.

A herd of camels brought from inland Sindh has arrived at the Northern Bypass Cattle Market. More than 100 camels from Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah) have become the adornment of the market for sacrifice.

Camels of different breeds

Camels of different breeds, including Lari, Sindhi, Thari, Sakra, Pahari, and Desi, are awaiting buyers. The price of high-breed camels is reported to be up to 1.5 million PKR.

A festival was also organized in the goat market adjacent to the camel block. Beautiful goats from various parts of Sindh, including Nawabshah, have reached the cattle market.
