LAHORE, May 24, 2025 – The Center of Excellence for Research, Development and Training (CERDT) was formally inaugurated at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, marking a significant milestone in academia-industry collaboration. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Imran Abbasy, MD & CEO of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), as the Chief Guest. The center, funded by PPL under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, aims to strengthen Pakistan’s technical expertise in the oil and gas sector.
