Jazeera Airways has announced the resumption of flights between Lahore and Kuwait starting March 29, 2026. This service had been paused earlier due to regional disruptions, and its return provides a vital connection for travelers and the Pakistani community in Kuwait.
Flight Schedule
The airline will operate two flights per week, departing every Sunday and Wednesday. Due to airspace limitations, the flights will initially operate via Al-Qaisumah Airport, after which passengers continue to Kuwait.
Passenger Travel Process
Passengers will check in at a designated centre and are then transported by bus to Al-Qaisumah Airport for their onward journey. This ensures smooth travel while direct operations at Kuwait International Airport remain limited.
Support from Officials
Officials, including Pakistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, welcomed the service’s resumption. They noted the flights will help reconnect the large Pakistani expatriate community with family, work, and travel opportunities.
Future Plans
Jazeera Airways is also working on restoring additional international routes via Al-Qaisumah Airport, including destinations in the UAE, Egypt, and India. The airline aims to rebuild its network and improve connectivity for passengers despite regional travel challenges.
