Because of its small size, impressive features, long range, and low price, the Chery QQ Wujie Pro electric vehicle (EV) has piqued Pakistanis’ interest. Chery’s upcoming mini-EV has become an internet sensation thanks to all of these features.
The QQ Wujie Pro will be launched in China as an economy car and a direct competitor to other mini EVs currently on the market. Here’s everything you need to know about the electric vehicle:
Performance
Chery’s QQ Wujie Pro EV is a direct response to Changan’s Lumin Corn EV. Changan recently announced the latter as its offering for China’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
There are four different versions of QQ Wujie Pro. The base models have 73 horsepower (hp), 150 Newton meters of torque, a 301-kilometer range, and a top speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
Top-of-the-line models have a 408-kilometer range, 90 horsepower, 120 Nm of torque, and a top speed of 125 km/h. The rear wheels are driven by a single electric motor in all variants.
In terms of fun and utility, the QQ Wujie Pro’s performance figures indicate that it will punch far above its weight class.
Features
It will have advanced tech features in addition to strong powertrain options, such as:
- Qualcomm’s 3rd-generation 6155 chip is designed for automobiles.
- For various driver assistance features, a 540-degree panoramic view is available.
- The driver’s display is entirely digital
- Intelligent infotainment system
- A.C
- Airbags
- There are several drive modes to choose from
Comparison
Here’s how Chery QQ Wujie Pro stacks up against its direct competitors in terms of performance:
It’s also worth noting that QQ Wujie Pro will almost certainly have more features than its competitors. Chery QQ Wujie Pro has a starting price of 79,990 Yuan (2.41 million PKR), which is slightly higher than its direct competition but lower than larger EVs.
Pakistani debut
Some web-based platforms have begun spreading rumors that Chery will soon launch QQ Wujie Pro in Pakistan. Unfortunately, those assertions are false. The company has yet to release the small EV in China, where it will compete with the country’s best-selling vehicle, the Wuling Mini EV. To meet the rising demand for small EVs, Chery must build and sell it in large quantities in China, a left-hand-drive car market. This means that Chery will only focus on the Chinese car market with this EV.
