Symmetry Group Limited’s (SGL) initial public offering (IPO) was oversubscribed 1.56 times, as reported by Topline Securities during the book-building process. CEO of Topline Securities Mohammed Sohail tweeted that the positive market sentiments bode well for more offers of this type on PSX.

With a final strike price of Rs. 4.30, the book-building process was 1.56 times oversubscribed. The IPO for retail investors will run from August 17–18.

Symmetry Group plans to use the proceeds

SGL plans to use the proceeds from the IPO to fund the creation and distribution of a number of digital intellectual properties. The goal is to build five new IPs using in-house talent, furnish a new office, buy some fancy new gadgets, and expand the HR department.

Influsense.ai, CartSight, survit, mobits, and performance are the other five IPs. Sixty percent of the funds raised would go towards the creation of the aforementioned instruments, while the remaining 40 percent would be allocated to marketing initiatives that promote the concept of all SGL brands existing within a single umbrella.
