Steps to fix reCAPTCHA
First, try a fresh reboot.
To resolve most computer problems, a restart is required. Trouble with your internet connection? Try restarting your device. Turn off and then back on again your PC, iPhone, or Android. Attempt to load reCAPTCHA once again after restarting.
Second, double-check your network settings.
Get online via Wi-Fi or a mobile data plan. If your internet connection is too slow, reCAPTCHA might not load properly or might freeze. You can boost a slow connection by reducing the number of background processes, if necessary.
Use a browser that can access the site.
You need a browser that can handle reCAPTCHA in order to utilize it. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Chromium Edge are all desktop browser options. You can use Chrome, Safari, or Android’s built-in browser on your mobile device.
Please use one of the supported browsers to reopen the reCAPTCHA link.
Improve your browsing experience by upgrading.
Be sure to update your browser regularly to stay secure. Check for browser updates by opening the settings menu. Please update to the latest version if one is available.
Once you’ve installed reCAPTCHA, restart your device and give it another go.
Turn off any add-ons you may have installed.
Do not use any plugins or addons. In order to fix reCAPTCHA not working, you may need to disable browser extensions. Some add-ons may prevent the page from working properly. Depending on the browser you’re using, you’ll find this setting anywhere in the Tools menu.
After disabling add-ons, you should restart your browser.
Modify your IP address.
Change your IP address and see if that helps. Changing your IP address typically only requires a modem restart.
Turn off your modem’s power supply, wait a few minutes, and then reconnect it. Get back online and give reCAPTCHA another shot.
Make a whole new account.
Create a new account in your computer’s system. You can add a new user to your Windows PC by going to the Settings menu, selecting Accounts, and then clicking the “Family & other users” link. Please complete the necessary fields.
To create a new user account in Mac OS X, go to the Apple menu and select System Preferences > Users & Groups > Add Account. Choose an account type and complete the blanks.
Load reCAPTCHA once more after signing into the new account.
Turn off your virtual private network (VPN)
VPNs and proxy services should be turned off. VPNs can cause problems with your wireless network and Bluetooth connection. Try loading reCAPTCHA again after temporarily disabling your VPN service.
