We’re all much more acquainted with Zoom than we were, say, before a certain global pandemic drove many of us to work from home and communicate with friends, family, and coworkers via video chat.
In fact, Zoom has grown to the point where you can add all kinds of add-ons and other extensions to it—whether you want to engage the kids or keep your work meetings on track.
Zoom features
Some of these tips should be useful regardless of how you use Zoom, and they may even make video chats more comfortable.
If you haven’t tried Zoom yet, you can get it for almost every desktop and mobile platform from its official website.
The features present in competing apps are gradually being added to WhatsApp. Some Telegram-inspired features have already made their way to WhatsApp, and now the messaging service is following Google Meet’s lead.
You will soon be able to plan calls in group chats on WhatsApp, just like Google Meet.
WhatsApp Calls Schedule Feature
The beta for iOS version 23.4.0.75 has now begun to display this; it was first seen a few weeks ago on WhatsApp beta for Android.
WABetaInfo was the first to report on the feature.
You’ll see a new context menu in this screenshot if the feature is made available for your account. You can choose a day and time for the group call using the scheduling option on this menu.
