Uber, a popular taxi service, allows drivers and riders to rate one another within the app. Riders can see their overall rating in the Uber app. Generally speaking. In addition, the software provides a detailed journey history for the previous 500 rides the user has taken.

Riders and drivers can rate each other on Uber using a 5-star system. Riders will be able to see the specific feedback given by drivers, including the number of stars awarded.

Methods for Accessing Individual Uber Ride Reviews

The Accounts menu, located in the Uber app’s lower right corner, is where users can view their star ratings.

  1. The Settings menu item is accessible via the Accounts submenu.
  2. Follow the link and take action
  3. Open the Settings menu and go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Visit the Privacy Settings menu.
  5. Select See Summary from the menu options.
  6. Users can view their own ratings by clicking the “View my rating” button here.

Users are not given any context for the drivers’ ratings in the app. You can’t find out which driver rated you in the app. Users can only see their total number of one-star and five-star ratings.
