Honda follows Toyota Indus Motor Company, MG Motors, and Kia Lucky Motors in lowering their prices.

Toyota announced price cuts of up to Rs. 1.3 million, MG Essence pricing cuts of up to Rs. 600,000, and KIA price cuts of up to Rs. 500,000.

Production at automakers, on the other hand, has been hampered by inventory shortages.

Toyota, Suzuki, and Honda ceased production in October 2023, citing the previously cited cause.

They will all resume production in November, although plant shutdowns may be extended if these concerns persist.
