The procedures used by an organization to hire, manage, develop, and maximize workers in order to raise their worth to the business are collectively known as human capital management (HCM).
Although the phrases HCM AND HRM are sometimes used synonymously, they have distinct meanings. Human resource management (HRM) is largely concerned with the administration of benefits and other key HR duties including keeping track of employees.
To know its usage and its benefits, TechX Pakistan interviewed the CEO of FlowHCM Mr. M. Ammar Munaf.
A Karachi-based firm called FlowHCM provides 360-degree human capital management software. It streamlines everything from hiring to pensions and is accessible through the cloud or installed on local servers.
Nine modules make up the site, starting with employee management, attendance, leaves, hiring, payroll, expenses, HR letters, performance reviews, and scheduled reports. These modules cover nearly all of the department’s operations.
Talking with TechX Pakistan, Mr. Ammar Munaf enlightened us about the core policies and modules of FlowHCM. He stated, “We launch our company FlowHCM in the year 2017 and now we are the fastest growing HR software in Pakistan. We are also working in other countries as well and in just 4.5 years we have raised almost more than 600 clients in our client’s book.”
