The Pakistani gaming scene included prominent Esports athletes like Arsalan Ash, Haseeb nicknamed HSB, Amu Shahid, and members of House of Blood.
With more than 50,000 active members and more than 140,000 unique visitors each month, GameBird is the only platform in Pakistan that provides online gaming competitions with AAA-rated partners.
Video game players may now watch live streaming and take part in competitions, buy high-quality gaming gear, browse news, and do a lot more.
GameBird, Pakistan’s top gaming website, aspires to foster community and offers chances for outstanding players to demonstrate their prowess.
Gamers also have access to global gaming arenas where they can display their skills.
Esports are already among the most well-liked sectors globally, particularly among young people, and Pakistan is quickly catching up.
The Pakistani Esports ecosystem is expected to have more than 55 million users and 33 million gamers, making a substantial contribution to the $ 200 billion global markets.
GameBird was created as a one-stop shop for all gamers, and during its testing period, it has already staged more than 60 tournaments and 20 broadcasts.
Chief Executive Officer, Telenor Pakistan, Irfan Wahab Khan, commented on the launch, “Pakistan’s online gaming industry is vibrant, and we have launched GameBird to strengthen the nationwide gaming community.
It has been designed to advance our ambition of going beyond connectivity and bridging the gap between local talent and global opportunities, bringing together all the fascinating aspects of gaming within their reach. Gaming enthusiasts around the country will also be offered the possibility to explore alternative revenue streams through GameBird, making it the first and only platform of its kind in Pakistan”.
