Federal Employees Will Enjoy 3 Straight Holidays

On Saturday and Sunday, the majority of public offices and organizations run by the federal government are still closed. There will now be 3 holidays in addition to the Monday holiday.

Labour Day, also known as International Workers Day, is observed on May 1 of each year. World Labour Day honors the labour force’s battle for improved wages, working conditions, and hours.

To demonstrate their support and unity with workers, many nations around the world, including Pakistan, commemorate May 1 as International Labour Day. Everywhere in the nation is off work.

Trade unions and workers’ rights organizations frequently host programs, protests, and other events to increase public awareness of labour concerns and promote improved pay and working conditions.
