ChatGPT becomes even faster & smarter for paid users

OpenAI’s flagship AI model, GPT 4 Turbo, has recently received upgrades that include faster response time, improved logical reasoning, coding, math, and overall writing.

GPT 4 Turbo is an upgrade to the standard GPT 4 with a larger context window and a more conversational language, but it is only available to paying users.

For the time being, GPT-4 Turbo is only available to subscribers of OpenAI’s Plus, Team, and Enterprise plans, which start at $20 per month.

ChatGPT Team costs $25 per user per month, whereas the Enterprise subscription scales based on an organization’s requirements. Interested buyers should contact OpenAI’s sales team for a quote.

In terms of responsiveness and relevancy, ChatGPT is expected to provide more current interactions.

This improvement is due to the GPT-4 Turbo’s use of data collected up to December 2023, as opposed to the previous version, which was limited to information gathered through April 2023.

GPT 4.5 Turbo

The update comes ahead of the anticipated GPT 4.5 Turbo update, which is expected to launch in June of this year.

The update was leaked via search engine pages, which displayed a dedicated page for GPT 4.5 on OpenAI’s blog, but it was quickly removed from search engine results.

However, before it was removed, the OpenAI blog link detailed the improvements coming with GPT 4.5, such as faster speed, accuracy, and scalability.

It will also have a much larger context window, with 256,000 input tokens, which is roughly 200,000 words and twice the size of GPT 4 Turbo’s context window.

It will also have an updated knowledge cut-off date of June 2024, which is why many people expect OpenAI to release GPT 4.5 in June. That month also marks the anniversary of the original GPT 4.
