Due to the uncertain economic climate, Master Changan Motors has increased the pricing of certain models by Rs 100,000.
Furthermore, it has been established that the increase’s primary causes include an increase in the GST and rising raw material prices. The business announced that the new prices would take effect right away.
Revised Rates of Changan Cars
The price of the Alsvin 1.3 Comfort Manual has increased by 30,000 rupees, to Rs. 3,929,000 from Rs. 3,899,000.
Similar to how Alsvin 1.5 Comfort DCT’s price increased by Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 4,239,000, Alsvin 1.5 Lumiere DCT’s price increased by Rs. 100,000.
Also, the Oshan X7 Comfort variant had a price increase of Rs 70,000, moving from Rs 7,999 to Rs 8,069,000.
The pricing of Oshan X7 FutureSense has also changed, going from Rs 8,599,000 to Rs 8,679,000, a difference of Rs 80,000.
The cost of the Karvan, the company’s best-selling model, has also changed. A price difference of Rs 30,000 separates the car’s current price of Rs 2,779,000 from its previous price of Rs 2,749,000.
The cost of the Karvan Plus model has also gone up by Rs 30,000, going from Rs 2,899,000 to Rs 2,929,000.
Changan Motors celebrated its biggest volume sales in January after selling 40,000 vehicles over the previous two years, outpacing Honda, Suzuki, and Toyota.
Together with Changan Motors, other businesses including Honda, Toyota, and Suzuki have all raised their automobile prices numerous times due to the current state of the economy.
