On Thursday, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) announced the launch of an app for identifying and reporting risks, risky occurrences, accidents, and safety issues encountered during air travelling to the authority.
The Android app, called the “Voluntary Hazard/Incident Reporting System”, is available on the Google Play store.
