Balochistan Launches 10-Month IT Program for Young Talent

The government of Balochistan has launched a new 10-month IT training program aimed at shaping the future of its youth. This large-scale project focuses on developing digital skills among young people to help them succeed in today’s competitive world. Program Announced to Empower Young Minds

Provincial Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare Haji Wali Muhammad Noorzai announced the launch during a special event attended by youth, elders, and political figures. He emphasized that the progress of Balochistan and Pakistan depends on preparing young people through education and technology. Noorzai said that shaping an educated, skilled, and moral generation is key to building a strong and successful future.

Call for Unity in Youth Development

Noorzai appealed to parents, teachers, scholars, and politicians to work together for the betterment of the next generation. He said that empowering the youth through proper training and guidance would help create capable leaders. The idea behind the project is not only to provide digital education but also to encourage teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility among students.

Partnership with Saylani Welfare Trust

The Social Welfare Department has joined hands with the Saylani Welfare Trust to carry out this IT training program. Saylani, known for its wide experience in vocational education, will train more than 800 male and female students in various phases. These learners will gain professional IT skills that can lead to stable and well-paying jobs both in Pakistan and abroad.

Support for Differently-Abled Students

In a strong step toward inclusion, the program has also reserved seats for 50 differently-abled students. These students will receive special attention and resources to ensure they are equally part of the digital learning environment. Noorzai said that every citizen, regardless of ability, deserves an equal chance to learn, grow, and build a meaningful career in technology.

The Social Welfare Department is providing full support, including infrastructure such as buildings, halls, and power facilities. This ensures that students can learn in a comfortable and productive setting.
