The Avanceon Group of Companies has been awarded the largest commercial infrastructure project in the company’s history, valued at Rs. 1 billion.
The contract for Supply, Installation & Supervision, and Commissioning Services of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems has been granted to Avanceon Limited and Avanceon FZE (wholly-owned companies incorporated in Pakistan and the UAE, respectively). Avanceon will also provide programming, development, and integration services.
Avanceon is a Siemens Building Technologies official Solution Partner, aiming to design bespoke, future-proof solutions and providing expert services for projects of all sizes and complexity levels.
The M2 luxury shopping complex in Lahore will have three levels of shops, a food court on the upper floor, a hypermarket on the bottom floor, and two levels of underground parking with a capacity of 2,000 automobiles.
By providing people of Lahore with another viable alternative for shopping and leisure, the infrastructure would assist improve consumer spending, promote local and international brands, and reduce traffic congestion.
Vice President Operations (South Asia), Junaid Mushtaq Paracha, spoke at the event, he said, ““This is the largest project in terms of both scope and value to date for our BT division. Avanceon is committed to providing a state-of-the-art energy-efficient BMS solution.
Our team is prepared and excited to take on a project of this magnitude and play an integral role in creating an extraordinary shopping experience for the residents of Lahore.”
