About APICTA
The Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA Awards) are an international awards program run by APICTA with the goal of reducing the digital divide and raising community awareness of ICT.
The ceremony will be held from 7th Dec – 11th Dec 2022 in Islamabad and hosted by Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) for IT and ITES.
The program’s objectives are to foster ICT innovation and creativity, advance economic and trade relations, facilitate technology transfer, and present business matching opportunities by exposing venture capitalists and investors to the region’s ICT innovators and entrepreneurs to networking and product benchmarking opportunities.
Members of the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance APICTA are participants in the awards program.
They are directed by the Framework of Cooperation, which outlines how member economies can cooperate to support the Awards Program and other initiatives that promote the expansion and development of the ICT sector in the area.
The 17 (seventeen) economies that currently make up the APICTA membership are Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Nepal.
